NHS Education for Scotland (NES) has a published a new Climate Emergency and Sustainability strategy (2024 – 2027) and action plan which details its role in supporting NHSScotland’s net zero commitments.
The strategy outlines how NES aims to reduce its own direct emissions, and looks at how it plans to embed climate emergency and sustainability practices within education and training for the health and social care workforce.
